Back Spring 2014, I purchased a $100 1-YEAR subscription and paid the entire year upfront since I was temporarily living across the border and wanted a United States telephone number. After moving back to US only 6 months later I no longer had a need for the service and simply let the year run through and did not renew or have any need to.

I have just received a collections notice saying that I owe $237? So they renewed my service without my permission, never relieved a payment for it nor did I even connect the phone equipment to use the service, then they disconnected the service and are asking me for money????

Reason of review: Being charge for services not asked for.

Monetary Loss: $237.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Location: Ramona, California

If you feel you MUST do business with these crooks, the ONLY credit/debit card you should give these people at phone power is a temporary pre-paid CC bought at Walmart. Then make sure there are no funds to steal in that CC account that they can grab later.
