We had their service for about two years.Cancelled 6 months ago and they are still charging me every month about v$26.
We called them multiple times. Initially, about 4 months ago, they claimed that they disconnected service and we shall not see anymore charges. For the last two months, they put us on hold for 45 min. Once they just hung up.
We called now the bank disputing the charges. The bank made three-way call to them (wonder how they were able to answer them immediately without putting on hold). They say that they don't have record of cancellation and that it should be done in writing. When we questioned now why this was never told to us and why don't we have to put in writing when we signed-up?
She says she doesn't know. I ask her for her name and number, she would only say her name is "Syrrin" with no number.
We asked to speak to supervisor, "Supervisor is not at her desk".It seems like this 'company' is located in a basement with only 3 employees.

The most disappointing in user's experience was no supervisor. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
